As Founder and Clinical Director, Dawn brings a wealth of commercial experience to the team. She holds an honours degree in Biomedical Science, and a post-graduate qualification in Advanced Medical Imaging. A fully qualified Vascular Scientist, Dawn boasts over two decades of award winning UK, European, and international sales and training successes.
Pankaj Chaddah
Our General Manager Pankaj has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry and holds honours degrees in both Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Biological Sciences. With a biomedical researcher background, prior to several decades in medical and pharmaceutical sales and training, his networks within multi-disciplinary clinical teams reflect a unique understanding of the vision and challenges of the continually-changing NHS environment.
David Smiles
Managing Director David holds an honours degree in Professional Engineering and advises on the technical aspects of our projects. Additionally, he is our resident safety expert with IOSH and NEBOSH certification. David also brings over a decade of multi-million pound project management experience to the team.
Amanda Gregson
With over 30 years experience in sales and training, our Technology Adoption Specialist Amanda utilises a broad range of skills to maximise sales by delivering clinical and commercial propositions aligned to healthcare agendas. She works in partnership with Clinical and NHS stakeholders to develop and implement local Pathways, Protocols and Guidelines.
Gina Hogg
Clinical Specialist Gina is a published scientific author and holds a prestigious Master of Chemistry degree. In addition to her research background, Gina's expertise in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries extends to almost two decades in sales roles for the sector’s largest companies. Recognised with multiple Sales Person of the Year awards from blue chip organisations, Gina combines scientific excellence with first-rate sales performance to deliver superlative results for MedTec clients.
